Ok, I paid, what happens next?
Within 48 hours of when you sent your payment (or when your payment arrives through the mail if you mailed it), you'll get an email with a password and a link to the purchased downloads page.

What do I get for my payment?
You can download the Multiflyer Game and Extras (just once, you don't need to revisit the site ever again) and use it on your computer(s) forever. There is no monthly or yearly subscription, what you download is yours forever.

I'm having difficulties with the purchasing / downloading process. What should I do?
Go to the "From Purchase to Play" page for a complete description of purchasing, downloading, and decompressing files.

I've sent a payment, but haven't received any instructions!
It can take up to 48 hours from when your payment is sent (or when it arrives through the mail if you mailed it) for the email with your password and download instructions to be sent. If it's been more than 48 hours since you sent payment (assuming it was an online payment), go to the Payment/Contact Issues page for instructions on how to resolve this.

Will you share my email with anyone?
- Absolutely 100% NO. I wouldn't even know how to do it anyway. I hang onto user's emails for two reasons. First, I'm working on other games and might send out an email to purchasers announcing them. Second, your email is a form of verification (for if you lose your password and want to download again.)

What are the system requirements for downloading the game or extras?
All you need is a fairly recent browser with a Flash 7 or better plugin. The easiest way to confirm if your computer meets these requirements is to simply play the game or the demos of the Multiflyer extras. If they work to your liking, then your computer fits the bill.

What if I don't have my password but want to download the software again?
If you forgot your password or fried your computer, no worries. Go to the contact form page and fill out the form there. If your email address is different than when you made your purchase, make sure you include what your old email address was. Another form of verification you can include in your email is the ID number from the PayPal payment you sent (if that was your method of payment.)

Can I fax a Purchase Order for my school?
Certainly, send it to 509-267-5590.

The software I've downloaded won't open for me.

I've sent an email requesting information, but haven't heard anything back yet!
Your email (ie: Outlook) is most likely blocking or bouncing back the emails thinking they are spam. Go to the Payment/Contact Issues page for instructions on how to resolve this.
